Food was good. There was no wait time to be seated but it did seem like it took a while to get a server. Though the server was nice she seemed to be having an off day. Food was brought out but we had to ask for silverware as they forgot to bring us some.

Always a good breakfast. Great service, friendly, quick with the coffee, refills. I had a ham and biscuit Benedict. It was excellent, a little short on the potatoes though. The rest of us had pancakes, eggs, sausage, western omelet. Everyone left happy and satisfied. Parking is close, free, easy. Greeted and seated quickly. All good.

We ordered curbside pickup on a Sunday night. The food came out when scheduled and was hot and fresh tasting. We ordered the chicken salad, butter chicken dinner and a roast beef dinner. Everything was as expected and delicious. They did forget to give us the chicken soup we ordered but the manager we spoke with was solution driven and helpful. We will be going back!

Taking 1 star off for the slow service. Whoever the manager is needs to hire more waitstaff. Having 1 waitress for the entire restaurant on a Saturday nigh service is unacceptable. With that being said, the waitress tried her hardest and was so polite. She was working her butt off to accommodate all of the guests and it showed! Food came out fresh and good too! Bob Evans is not what it used to be, its very hit or miss and I am very happy that the foods all came out good, and the waitress was so polite. I got southern fried steak and my other party got potroast. Their potroast was so tender! My food was wonderful too. Plus cant go wrong with the banana bread!! MMMM good! Its a great family place!

I _LOVE_Bob Evans sausage & gravy !!!! Especially w/their buttery biscuits - my mouth is watering **now, as I type this ! At this location : staff here is super friendly, which I always love - and both our waitress & the manager were komd, talkative, open & eager to serve well. The manager especially, quick to correct what looked like an oversight on the cook's part: as Gorgon Ramsey says : "NEVER let anything go out that doesn't look appetizing..." Granted it was after lunch rush & nearing dinner time, we came in the middle, the lull between. However, the carrots I was served with my country sampler were no longer orange - they were an unsettling brown. I can hardly stand cooked carrots to begin with but thought I'd give it a shot this time . They looked gross. I asked the waitress about it & she said "Oh that's just the way they're cooked." I come to Bob Evans often enough to know they usually look a bright &pretty orange, as appear on the menu... but I let it slide, having 3 choices of delicousness to partake. My friend & I ate and conversed over a period of 45minutes &a new set of customers were sat at the table next to us. As I stood up to use the restroom, I could see their plates being served: the guests were each recieving beautiful, fresh, bright orange carrots. My finicky self asked the manager to come stand behind our tables & just take a peek: to see if I am mistaken - if my eyes did not decieve... did my poor quality veggies "come that way?" As waitress had stated? Because the table next to us just got very differently cooked carrots ...Haha He cheerfully apologized &said he'd been having a problem with his Kitchen Lead keeping consistency - asked if it was OK to take my plate back as a teaching moment for the cooks. He then brought me a plate of my favorite green beans to replace the carrots - AND a quart jug of their mouth watering green beans to take home. In food service, "Things happen!"_ but this manager was happy to explore what happened and do his best to correct his guest's situation, so could have a good quality meal. SUPERB customer service, we left very happy - in spite of the carrot catastrophe !

We usually have great service at Bob Evans, and today was no different. The food took a little longer than usual, but it came out hot and still tasted great. Service remained friendly and consistent, and we had a good time overall. Always a reliable spot for a solid meal!

The Bob Evans on Arlington Road in Green is a good value eatery. You won't have "surprises" on your order. It has improved significantly from a decade ago. Quality is good again, thankfully. It is much, much improved. The Servers I've had over the 25+ years we've lived in Green have been consistently very good. It was the food that varied; so much so that we went to other Bob Evans in the area, because we still loved Bob Evans, just not the one in Green. Half-cooked meals didn't help; a half dozen times or so from a decade ago. That's now in the past. The atmosphere, the friendly service and (more importantly) the food quality of what once was "Bob Evans" finally made its way back to the Arlington Road location. It simplifies things. One doesn't have to drive twice or three times as far to again experience Bob Evans quality. Someone somewhere figured out there was a problem, which was eroding Bob Evans Restaurant's reputation, locally, right here in Green. Bob Evans is back...in Green! No more half-cooked meals. If they continue to strive for the quality their brand represents (or used to), Customers will continue coming back to the Arlington Road - Green location. No more half-cooked meals. Be Bob Evans. Be who you are. Maintain the Founder's values of pleasing the Customer. The Corporate bottom line will take care of itself.
